At Hello, HomeBuyer we interview hundreds of homebuyers, real estate agents and mortgage brokers to understand your customers' motivations, aspirations, desires and concerns that shape moving and buying decisions.

We then partner with your team to turn these "Homebuyer Diaries" into consumer-driven marketing strategy that resonates and inspires people to move.

Staying on top of the latest home buyer trends and consumer sentiments can be a daunting task.

That's why we study, curate and provide invaluable insights for every home buying generation (Welcome GenZ!) tailored to supercharge marketing strategies  and elevate the customer experience.

But our commitment doesn't stop there.

We are also Agency Collaborators who work closely with real estate marketing agencies and industry professionals offering  marketing and sales experience recommendations.

Founder, Lindsey Ricciardelli, has over 15 years of marketing experience and has had the privilege of partnering with a diverse range of  clients, specifically master planned communities, 55+ communities and second-home resorts.

Her agency and corporate experience has allowed her to see both the needs of agencies and in-house marketing departments to have a dedicated "Chief Consumer Officer" who serves as the voice of the homebuyer -- living at the center of every story.
